Terms of Service

These terms are a contract between you (or the organisation you act for) and APG Media, Lithuania (“we”) for the use of Ranktron at https://ranktron.ai. By creating an account you accept them.

1. The service

Ranktron researches the pages generative engines cite for a topic, scores them, and generates draft content and visibility reports for you. Output is produced by software, including third-party language models, from sources on the public web and the material you provide.

2. Your content and your responsibility

You own what you upload and what the service generates for you. We take a licence only to the extent needed to run and improve the service (see the Privacy Policy).
Generated drafts are drafts. The service marks unverified claims and removes attributions it cannot ground, but it can still be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing facts, quotes, prices and legal or medical statements before you publish anything, and for what you publish.
You must have the right to use the brand material, product data and CMS accounts you connect.
You must not use the service to produce content that is unlawful, defamatory, deceptive about its authorship or provenance, or that infringes someone else’s rights.

3. Plans, trial and billing

The free trial lasts 7 days or 3 generated articles, whichever comes first. No card is required.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe: Starter €49, Growth €149, Agency €399 (prices exclude VAT where applicable). Each plan includes a monthly allowance of articles and tracker checks and a set of limits shown in Settings; the allowance resets each calendar month and does not roll over.
A run that fails on our side is refunded to your allowance automatically. A run that completes counts, whether or not you publish the result.
You can change or cancel your plan at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and we do not refund partial months except where the law requires it.
We may change prices with 30 days’ notice by email; the new price applies from your next renewal.

4. No ranking or citation guarantee

Search and generative engines decide what they cite. Scores in the product measure proxies for content quality that we can evidence; they are not a prediction and E-E-A-T is not a direct ranking factor. We do not promise traffic, citations or rankings.

5. Availability and support

We aim for the service to be available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation; third-party providers we depend on can fail. Support is by email at hello@ranktron.ai on business days.

6. Termination

You may close your account at any time by email. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or leave invoices unpaid, after notice where practical. After the subscription ends your data is retained for 360 days and then erased, as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost revenue from content you chose to publish. Nothing in these terms limits liability for wilful misconduct or where the law does not allow it to be limited.

8. Law and changes

These terms are governed by the law of Lithuania; disputes go to the courts of Vilnius, without prejudice to consumer rights that apply where you live. We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email 14 days before they take effect.
